Terms And Conditions 


When personalising your products you have the option to add Numbers/Initials to the garment. This can be done easily using our text field facility and is completely free of charge.  You also have the option to add your club/School logo again free of charge. You can do this by typing in the name of the club/school in the provided fields. This will then be flagged to one of our sales team who will contact you to ask for the logo to be sent. Logo set up charges will also be covered by GB Sportswear making it Free of charge to the customer.

If you require additional logos, for example a sponsors logo, then there may be an additional charge added after you have placed your order. If this is the case then one of our team will contact you to advise of the charge and to confirm if you would like to proceed with your order.  

GB Sportswear cannot be held responsible for any artwork or digitising mistakes such as; spelling, size of lettering, and colours once approved by the customer. 



All prices stated on this site exclude carriage, which is added at the end of the order at the checkout. 

We aim to dispatch Non personalised, stock items within 1-2 working days of the order being placed.

Personalised and bespoke items can take up to 28 working days from when payment is made, designs are confirmed

and when sizes have been confirmed by the customer.

Occasionally there may be rare cases where an order takes longer than 28 working days due to the order being of significantly high quantity or we experience shipping delays out of our control. 

In These cases, one of the GB Sportswear team will advise you accordingly. 


Free delivery on UK orders placed online over £100. 

If you have a specific date you need items by then please let us know as we always aim to meet customer deadlines wherever possible.

Any returns must be made and back at our store 7 days within the receipt of your order, un-used and in original packaging.

If we do not receive it back within this time we will be unable to give you a refund.

We cannot accept returns if a product/s are inadequate due to fault of the buyer. For example, wrong sizing, colour, type etc.

We cannot accept returns if they are already personalised, unless the product is faulty on our behalf.

We shall only accept returns if a product/s are inadequate due to fault on our behalf. For example, personalisation wrong, or a faulty garment.


If a customer feels that a garment or order is incorrect for any reason then we will ask them to return it to us so our team can carry out a full quality check.

If we find that the garment or order is incorrect due to our error then we will re make and replace the garments in question immediately.

 No refund will be offered and we will re make the order again as soon as possible. 


Cancellations can only be made up to 6 working hours after you have placed your order/s.

If it is after the 6 working hours we will be unable to cancel your order. You will still be charged and will still receive the garments to your dispatch address.



We require payment in full before production of orders. Goods will not be completed or dispatched until payment is complete.
