Terms & Conditions

Artwork Design & Digitising

Welcome to GB Sportswear. We are delighted to provide bespoke sportswear tailored to your specific requirements. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order.

1. Bespoke Designs

All products supplied by GB Sportswear are custom-made to your specifications. Customers have complete flexibility in selecting designs, colours, logos, sponsor branding, player names, and numbers.

To ensure the highest quality finish, all logos and artwork should be supplied in the highest resolution possible, preferably as vector files (PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG format). Additional artwork or digitising charges may apply where logos or artwork supplied are of insufficient quality and require extensive preparation before production.

2. Proof Approval

Prior to production, a final design proof will be provided for customer approval.

Approval of the proof confirms that all details, including artwork, colours, names, numbers, sponsor logos, spelling, and garment specifications, have been checked and accepted by the customer. Once approval has been received, production will commence.

3. Responsibility for Errors

GB Sportswear cannot accept responsibility for any errors identified after the final proof has been approved.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Spelling or grammatical errors

  • Incorrect names or numbers

  • Artwork placement

  • Colour selection

  • Sizing or scale of lettering and logos

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approval.

4. Colour Matching

If a specific colour match is required, customers must provide the relevant Pantone® reference at the time of ordering.

Where no Pantone® reference is supplied, GB Sportswear will reproduce the closest possible colour match based on the approved design proof. Minor colour variations may occur due to manufacturing processes and screen display differences.

Delivery & Pricing

All prices displayed exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs will be calculated and added at checkout.

All adult garments are subject to VAT at the prevailing UK rate, which will be added at checkout where applicable.

As all products are made to order, production can take up to 28 working days from the date that:

  • Full payment has been received;

  • The final design proof has been approved; and

  • All sizing information has been provided by the customer.

In some circumstances, production may take longer than 28 working days due to factors including, but not limited to:

  • Large order quantities;

  • Supplier delays;

  • Shipping or courier delays outside of our control.

Should any delays arise, a member of the GB Sportswear team will contact you and provide regular updates regarding your order.

Free UK Delivery

Free standard delivery is available on online orders over £100.

Customer Deadlines

If you require your order by a specific date, please notify us when placing your order. While we cannot guarantee delivery by a requested date, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your requirements.

Contacting Us

Our team can be contacted via email or through the enquiry form on our Contact Us page, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We aim to respond to all enquiries as promptly as possible, typically within 2–3 hours during business hours.

For urgent matters, please use the telephone number provided on our website. If the line is busy, please leave a brief message including your name and club details, and a member of our team will return your call as soon as possible. Text messages requesting a callback are also accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Period

Any approved return must be received by GB Sportswear within 7 days of delivery and must be:

  • Unused;

  • In its original condition; and

  • In its original packaging.

Returns received outside this period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer;

  • Design, colour, or garment choices approved by the customer;

  • Personalised or customised items, unless faulty or supplied incorrectly by GB Sportswear;

  • Errors identified after final proof approval.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your order contains a fault or has been supplied incorrectly, please contact us immediately.

We may request that the item(s) be returned for inspection and quality control assessment.

Where a fault or error is found to be the responsibility of GB Sportswear, we will remake and replace the affected item(s) at no additional cost.

Please note that refunds will not normally be offered in these circumstances, as replacement garments will be provided as the primary remedy.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 6 working hours of being placed.

After this period, production planning and preparation may have commenced, and cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Orders cancelled outside the permitted period will remain payable in full and will be produced and dispatched as ordered.

Payment

Full payment is required before production can commence.

No goods will be manufactured, completed, or dispatched until payment has been received and cleared in full.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with GB Sportswear, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
